DB-1 Delay Board

50 ms Delay Board

The DB-1 Delay Board masks the DTMF control tones from the audio output of the DAI-1/2. The DB-1 is installed inside the DAI-1/2 Dial-Up Audio Interface.

Once installed, all audio that passes through the DAI-1/2 is delayed by 50 milliseconds. The delay allows the system to detect a DTMF tone and mute the audio output before the tone reaches the audio output.
