Instructions

Complete and print the Service Request Form. Instructions are on the form. For best service please complete the entire form. Place a copy of the form in the box with the equipment to be repaired.

If you have difficulty opening any of the PDF documents, save the document to your local drive and open the saved copy. To copy the file to your drive, right-click the link (Mac users ctrl-click) and select "save target as" or "save link as" from the popup menu.

We understand that it is critical to have properly functioning equipment and we make every effort to perform our work quickly and accurately.

  • please do not return your cables, power supply or rack ears
  • system settings will not be changed or reset unless absolutely necessary
  • same day service is performed whenever possible–no need to ask for fast service

Ship packages for morning delivery to receive same day service. Items arriving after noon will ship on the next business day. Severity of damage, product complexity and workload determine the actual time required to complete a repair.

  • an RMA number is necessary for service
  • repair work must be paid by credit card or C.O.D.
  • loaner systems are not available due to theft–there are no exceptions

Cost

Most items typically cost about $200 to repair. ACU-1 repair costs a little more due to the complexity of the device but a typical repair is usually less than $300. ACU-1 systems may also require extra time for service. In cases of severe damage we will try to contact you before performing the work.

We charge actual shipping rates so it is not possible to calculate an exact total until work is complete and the system is packaged for return shipping. For C.O.D. payments we can contact you with a total amount so that a check can be ready. Check the box labeled "Contact me with C.O.D. total" on the form and be sure to provide contact information.
